We can talk about innovation. We can even tweet about it. We can brainstorm what it looks like, write things down, create a plan for it. We can look at examples of others doing innovation in their school. We can hang posters that say “Innovation Happens Here” on the front door of our schools. We can wear t-shirts that say I {heart} Innovation. We can do all of that. But what is it that makes the difference? When we do something. Even one thing. Each day. When our words become our actions. When we reflect on what we did and then try to improve it the next day. When we refuse to settle for what is, and push for what can be.

Absolutely,
That is what a classroom should look like. Learning is about working together to accomplish the goal of learning. Definitely, learning is not suppose to be an easy task … learning is about struggles. If everything came easy then life would be boring.
